 | Welcome to Doubly Delicious! - We make delicious, home-made, decorated cakes, cupcakes and confectionery using the finest gluten free ingredients.Based in Bramcote, Nottingham, we started Doubly Delicious to provide cakes and treats for people with special dietary requirements, after being disappointed with the quality and taste of mass-produced products. All of our products are hand-made by Rachel, who has a marked intolerance to wheat and gluten! We also cater for other food intolerances including diary free - please ask us for more details. Philosophy
Our cakes are all made with natural, fresh gluten free ingredients, in a kitchen rated "5, Very Good" by Broxtowe Council, by a baker who holds the Food Hygiene Training Certificate (Level II).
Our cakes are all hand-made - that means we make the cakes (sponge and fruit), and icing / decoration by hand from the raw ingredients. We don't buy frozen cakes and decorate them, so we know exactly what goes into every cake!
